CellBlock 3D is a prison management simulation game played in a browser or on mobile. You act as the architect and warden: building facilities, managing inmate needs, hiring staff, and balancing the budget to run a successful correctional facility. Just like the prison architect series. THIS GAME IS NOT MEANT AS A COMPETITOR TO PA1 OR 2. This is a fan game for people to play while they wait for pa2 or just play while bored or at work, school, or home.
